目標一：發展一套完整的計劃：
Objective 1：To
develop a comprehensive plan that:
a、使學生福音化及栽培學生做耶穌基督的門徒、
evangelizes and disciples students
b、注重基督徒品格的養成及屬靈的鍛鍊、
is
centered on Christian character formation, spiritual disciplines
c、以教職員和基督徒學生在生活中作實踐的典範、
is model
consistently practiced by staff, faculty and student believers
d、並能整合課程設計和課外活動，
is
integrated with curriculum design and extra curricular activities.
使學生成為忠心的基督徒、基督的僕人和僕人式的領袖。
So that students become faithful disciples, servants of Christ and
servant leaders.
目標二：期盼成為（中、英）雙語教育的學府，具有
Objective 2：To
have a bilingual (Chinese and English) educational institution that has:
a、雙文化的董事會、教員和行政團隊、
a
bicultural board, faculty and operational team
b、雙語教育的方案，
a
bilingual educational program.
使所有學生在中、英文語文及文字表達上具備有效的溝通能力。
So that
all students will be able to communicate effectively, orally and in
writing, both in Chinese and English.
目標三：徵聘並維持忠心的基督徒教員團隊，期盼學校的教員：
Objective
3：To
recruit and maintain a faculty of faithful Christian who are:
a、在學術和屬靈水準上具備適任水準、
academically and spiritually qualified
b、是稱職的老師並在屬靈和專業發展上繼續追求成長、
competent and participating in continuing programs of spiritual and
professional development
c、對學生成長的發展有負擔，
committed
to the student development.
使學生在基督徒品格上不斷成長，並成為專業能手和終身學習者。
So that
students grow in Christian Characters and become competent professional
and lifelong learners.
目標四：為學生提供的課程和課外活動能：
Objective
4：To
provide a curriculum and extra-curricular activities that:
a、整合信仰與學習、
integrate faith and learning
b、兼顧理論與實務、
balance
theory and practical application
c、教導學生如何學習並激發學生學習的動機、
teach and
motivates how to learn
d、不斷地改進，
are
continually evolving.
使學生成為終身學習者並且具有勝任的專業能力。
So that
students become lifelong learners and competent professionals.
目標五：不僅在基督教學術圈之內，也要在基督教學術圈以外，建立聲譽：
Objective
5：To
build credibility in the broader academic community by:
a、在賈嘉美博士創設的基督教教育目標能確保的情況下，向教育部申請立案、
pursuing registration with MOE provided that The Christian education
established by Dr. Graham are guaranteed
b、提供優質的高等學術教育、
offering quality academic education
c、依據學術圈內一般高等教育的標準，定期評估並修訂教學課程，
evaluating and revising the educational program regularly based on the
common standard of the academic community.

目標六：提供福音事工的訓練方案，使學生能：

b、被裝備成具有基督樣式的領袖，
will be equipped as Christ-like leaders.
使他們能透過在教會、在社區或在社會的積極服事，成為基督的見證人。

they can be witnesses of Christ through their active service in church,
community orsociety at large.
目標七：促使校園具有：
Objective 7：To
Provide a campus that features:
a、現代化的設備、
modern facilities
b、優質的資源、
quality resources
c、以最新的科技設施從事教學與管理的工作，
cutting-edge technology in instruction and management.

a、課程的內涵提昇、
curriculum is enhanced
b、學生的需求得到滿足、
student's needs are met
c、學校的目標得以完成。

目標八：維護良好校園環境使：
Objective
8：To
maintain a campus environment that provides a shepherding and caring
relationship between：
a、教師、
faculty
b、職員、及
staff
c、學生之間，具有相互關懷牧養的關係，
students.
以促使學生在心智、情緒和屬靈上臻於成熟。
So that students will grow into maturity mentally, emotionally and
spiritually.
