大學生活對年輕男女學子而言，是可塑性最高的時段，在這段時間內，正確的引導及鼓勵將使得他們深深獲益。我們相信，透過基督書院的基督徒團契關係，學生們獲得他們所需要的引導及鼓勵。而基督徒的價值觀-愛人如己，正是同學們學習彼此相顧的重要基礎。全體教職員、學生領袖、學生之間彼此相愛及激勵的關係，也建立了學生的信心和特有的氣質。
College years are the most formative years for young men and women. It is during this time that they benefit the most from guidance and encouragement. We believe that students find the essential guidance and encouragement that they need through the Christian fellowship provided at Christ's College. The Christian value of loving others as yourself is the basis upon which students learn to care for one another, and for faculty, staff and student leaders to care for, encourage, and build up the confidence and character of our students.

本校一個重要的教育目標是使基督徒學生成為主的門徒。我們提供一些門徒訓練及事工的選修課程，此外老師也帶領中英文的聖經查經班以及宿舍內的晚禱。我們提供多種機會進行校外服事，我們也鼓勵基督徒學生成為寢室的室長，班級屬靈領袖，參與福音工作會，以及在課間崇拜中，帶領敬拜及分享見證。我們也鼓勵學生主動參與服事當地的教會。
One important goal is to disciple our Christian students. We offer several discipleship and ministry electives for students, and teachers lead Chinese and English Bible studies and evening devotions for students. We also give students a variety of opportunities to serve on and off campus. We provide opportunities for Christian students to be room leaders, class spiritual leaders, participate in Evangelistic Associations, and lead worship and give testimonies in chapel. We also encourage them to actively serve in a local church.

本校不單注重課室內的教育，同時也看重課外的活動。本校致力於藉著校園生活，提供同學們得以成長及成熟的機會。同學們可以參加學生自治會、社團、體能活動、學生服務及一些特別活動，例如歌唱比賽、運動會、及與美國大學進行校際間的體育競賽。
As much attention is paid to education that happens outside of the classroom as in the classroom. We strive to provide students with opportunities to grow and mature through student life. Students have opportunity to participate in student government, clubs, athletics, student service, and special events, such as singing competitions, sports day, and sports competitions with American colleges.

本校同學均全體住校，故校園生活可說是他們在本校受教育的整合。所有的同學進入本校後，就成為宿舍家庭的一份子，他們共同有晚禱時間，而住校老師們就住在附近。如此，他們學習如何與人溝通，不單只求自己的利益，也學習如何使他人得到好處，彼此互相激勵，互相饒恕…基本上說，就是學習如何彼此相愛。
Almost all students live on campus so campus life is an integral part of their education. They are part of dorm families, have evening devotions, and live alongside their teachers. In doing so, they learn to communicate with others, to not only look after their own interests but other's interests as well, to encourage one another, to forgive one another --- basically, to love one another.
