The uses of the annual development fund are divided into 7 categories listed below. The percentage listed beside each category is the percent of the annual development fund that should be directed towards that category. Restricted giving directed towards a particular category will count towards meeting that fund's annual target and may reduce the amount of unrestricted gifts that are directed towards that fund. In the case that a particular year's annual income does not meet the targeted amount, the percentages may be adjusted in order to meet essential needs. While all attempts will be made to annually honor these percentages, there is also the need to consider priority in case of a lack of funds. The categories below have been listed with this priority in mind.

Maintenance and Renovation (20%) General Maintenance & Repairs Preventative Maintenance Grounds Keeping Building Renovations Promotion (10%) Advertising CC Life Magazine Hosting Guests Publicity Material Travel Expenses Facility Development (20%) Teaching Facilities & Equipment Technology Development Equipment and Software Library Development Endowment Fund (10%) Return on Investment is used to support the crucial activities of the school.
